The Art of Navigation for Executives
Are you steering your ship, or simply drifting with the current?
An applied strategy workshop for leaders and teams, featuring nautical-themed methodologies.
Many managers feel they spend most of their time "bailing water off the deck"—solving local crises, putting out fires, and reacting to shifting winds. But when was the last time you stopped to examine the chart?
In the business sea of 2026, winning doesn’t mean working harder; it means navigating smarter. I invite you to "The Art of Navigation," a unique strategy day for up to 12 Captains, where we will learn to:
-
Identify the Horizon Line: Define a clear destination that aligns the entire crew.
-
Read the Currents: Understand which market trends will lift your ship and which reefs could wreck it.
-
Plan the Route and Provisions: Stop carrying "excess cargo" and prioritize only the waypoints and resources that will get you to your destination in minimum time.
No boring presentations only charts, compasses, and real strategic tools that will change the way you lead your teams.
Target Audience
For managers who feel they are "drowning" in the day-to-day and want to lift their gaze to the horizon, plan their next move, and lead their fleet with confidence. Limited to Executive Boards, CEOs, Department Heads, and Project Leaders (Up to 12 participants).
