Navigating troubled waters, is your team capable and ready for the next "storm"?

Interactive leadership experience for managers and entrepreneurs

In today's business world, the sea never remains calm for long.

Technological changes, market fluctuations, and challenges within the team are the constant "waves" and "weather." Managers are required to make quick decisions in the fog, lead teams remotely, and maintain stability even when the waves are high.
The "Navigation in Stormy Waters" workshop takes the wisdom of the world of sailors and sailors and integrates it into modern management tools.

During up to 3 hours of active learning, we will use metaphors from the marine world to solve real management challenges:

  • Navigating in the fog: How do you make firm decisions even when there is a lack of data or clear maps?

  • Synchronized Sails: How do you turn a group of people into a cohesive team that acts as one "twisted rope"?

  • Hands on the wheel: Developing leadership resilience and emotional stability even in times of storm.

The workshop is suitable for the following groups:

  • Forums of future management teams and new managers.

  • As part of a leadership development program for management teams.

  • Team building activity.

The methodology: inspiration, dialogue, and shared learning

  • Use of dedicated inspiration cards and activities (branded kits available)

  • Experiential learning using metaphors from the marine world that bypass cognitive barriers and produce "tokens" that fall immediately.

  • Focusing on implementation and action, each participant leaves with a "journey logbook" and a personal action plan for their challenges in the field.

  • Addressing 5 core areas: leadership, teamwork, professional development, decision-making and change management

This is not another theoretical lecture. Participants leave with:

  • Tools for managing uncertainty: Ability to act confidently even in changing market conditions.

  • Improving team motivation and communication: A new common language that will improve synchronization and motivation and provide renewed inspiration and a deep connection to their role.

  • Action Plan: Immediate steps to deal with uncertainty.

  • Tools: Each participant receives the set of 54 cards as a daily tool for managing meetings and teams. For daily use in the team.

  • "Logbook": A personal tool for mapping goals and improving leadership skills.
