The Change Navigator coaching program

In the modern business world, characterized by constant uncertainty ("rough seas"), the problem is rarely a lack of strategy. Instead, it is the cognitive "noise" that prevents managers and their teams from executing that strategy effectively.

With 30 years of experience mentoring senior leadership and as an international Skipper who knows the secrets of navigation firsthand, I developed "The Change Navigator." This is a unique personal mentoring model that bridges Goal-Oriented Management (OKRs) with Behavioral Science and Habit Design.

Growth and Habit Transformation

Your management system consists of three critical components that we will calibrate together:

  • The Compass (Cognitive-Behavioral Model): We use tools from the world of Behavioral Science to identify and neutralize cognitive barriers—that "noise" in the compass that leads to automatic reactions, procrastination, and flawed decision-making under pressure. The goal is to create cognitive flexibility and a new managerial language.

  • The Strategic Map (OKRs): Together, we will define an ambitious and inspiring destination (Objectives) and measurable GPS waypoints that prove we are on the right track (Key Results).

  • Active Navigation (Action Learning): Embedding new habits while in motion. You will learn to use "Socratic Captain’s Questions" to empower your team and return control of the helm to them, freeing up your time for truly strategic leadership.

Why is this a unique coaching model?

1. The Perfect Synergy Between Strategy and Psychology We don't just "talk" about change; we navigate it. The model connects the "What" (OKRs) with the mental "How" (LICBT), ensuring your plans don't just stay on paper.

2. The Captain Motif: Management as Command The maritime metaphor isn't just decoration. It provides a rugged, practical managerial language for high-pressure situations and uncertainty. The manager learns to see themselves as a Captain responsible for the life of the ship and its crew, not just a "task manager."

The Navigator’s Toolkit

As part of the mentoring process, every participant receives a unique physical kit:

  • Maritime Inspiration Card Deck: 54 cards for identifying barriers, shifting perspective, and receiving weekly "operational orders."

  • Structured Captain’s Logbook: A dedicated workbook for documenting weekly reflections, tracking OKRs, and recording the "Gold" (Insights) from each session.

For those preferring a Hybrid or Digital Model

For managers who prefer a digital workflow, we offer the "Digital COO"—an AI agent that accompanies the participant throughout the week:

  • Monitoring Automatic Thoughts: The bot identifies hindering thought patterns within the digital logbook and triggers a Socratic question for immediate calibration.

  • Task Tracking: The bot assists in tracking weekly OKRs and generates a concise report ahead of the session with Adi.

  • Digital Card Deck: Instant access to all inspiration cards through the app at any given moment.
